The placement program runs from December to July of every calendar year.

The steps in the placement process would be:

  • Aptitude Exam for shortlisting

4. What amenities/infrastructure is available for a presentation/placement process on campus?  

We have auditorium where all facilities like projection facilities for multimedia presentations, telecommunication facilities for teleconferencing and video-conferencing; seminar rooms and presentation halls are available for presentations. Computer labs are available for online test to facilitate a smooth placement process.

5. Is there any fee for placement? 

There is no fee for placements.

6. What are the chances for upgrading after completing the diploma studies?

Polytechnic students can pursue graduate courses, advanced diploma courses, professional courses conducted by the educational or professional institutions.

7. What will be the career entry level for diploma holders?

Polytechnic diploma holders can start their career as a Diploma Engineer Trainee. The career prospects are very promising as long as they perform well and have gained relevant working experience.

8. Does Shri Datta Meghe Polytechnic offer degree courses?

Shri Datta Meghe Polytechnic mainly offers diploma courses. However, we do have our Meghe group colleges like YCCE, RGCER, DMIETR institutes to offers degree courses.

9. What are the eligible criteria of the Diploma students?

Students with 60% and above in academics with no backlogs will get a dream offer.

10. Do you conduct pool campus Drive?

12. What efforts are taken by T&P department for campus drives?

T&P department organized Campus Recruitment training for Job aspirant’s students. In this training, students are trained in terms of Aptitude, verbal, reasoning, communication skill, Mock GD and Interviews. T&P department also conduct an Expert lectures, Guest lectures, Industrial visits and Industrial Trainings.
