Program Objectives

  • To develop students with the basic knowledge in mathematics, natural science and Engineering fundamentals those are necessary to understand, formulate, analyze and Solve Machine defects.
  • To develop Life Skills in students and make students aware of the social issues, ethical conducts, and their professional responsibilities to the society.
  • To develop professional skills & ability in students to design and conduct experiments.
  • To develop sufficient depth and understanding of fundamental Computing principles to solve computing problems, both well- and ill-defined.
  • To develop Confidence through field exposure and Become Aware of new knowledge & Techniques.
  • To prepare students so that they can pursue graduate studies and understand and appreciate benefits of life-long learning.

Program Outcomes

The program enables students, by the time of Diploma, to achieve ability to

  • Apply knowledge of mathematics, science and engineering.
  • Design and conduct experiments, as well as analyze and interpret data to meet desired needs.
  • Communicate effectively with a range of audiences and to function effectively on teams to accomplish a common goal.
  • Design, implement and evaluate a Mechanized system or program to meet desired needs.
  • An ability to use the techniques, skills and modern engineering tools necessary for engineering practice.
